Three Man

One kit. Endless games.

What You Need
Players: At least 3 people sitting in a circle.
Dice: Two standard six-sided dice.
Drinks: Beverages for everyone.
Setup
Choose the Three Man: Everyone takes turns rolling a single die until someone rolls a 3. That person is the first "Three Man".
First Turn: The player to the left of the Three Man starts the game by rolling both dice. Play moves clockwise.
Basic Dice Rules
Players take turns rolling two dice. If a roll does not match a rule, your turn ends (or you re-roll depending on house rules), and play passes to the left.
3 (on either die or the total sum): The Three Man takes a drink. If the Three Man rolls a 3 on their own turn, they don't drink, but they successfully pass the title of Three Man to a new player of their choice.
7 (total sum): The person to the roller's right drinks.
11 (total sum): The person to the roller's left drinks.
9 (total sum): Everyone (or a social) drinks, or the group plays a side game like a rhyme-off.
10 (total sum): A "social"—everyone at the table drinks.
Doubles: The roller hands the dice to any player(s) of their choice (can split the dice between two people or give both to one person). That person must roll the dice and drink based on the numbers shown.
